Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart : When you are ready to purchase an item, simply select the "Add to" button at the bottom of the product. You will now be directed straight to viewing all items in your shopping cart. Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to view all the items in your cart. After viewing the items in your shopping cart, you can start checking out. Q - Cancel or Change Order A - We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. For this reason, all items that ship within 2 business days cannot be cancelled once the item(s) have been purchased. For all items that ship in 3 business days or more, we will gladly ATTEMPT to process the cancellation, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department. Q - Do I get a copy of the Receipt A - Because most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, we cannot include a packing receipt or invoice with the shipment of the products. We also realize that many of our orders are sent as gifts to someone else, and we are sensitive about including any documents that would reflect the price. This being the case, the order confirmation that you received via e-mail serves as your official receipt. If you have your order number from your order confirmation, you can obtain a copy of your receipt by entering the order number in the box below. Q - What about shipping? A - Please see our section on Shipping policy. Basically, what we do is charge a standard $20.00 fee for merchandize that sells for $499.99 or less. For products that sell for $500.00 or more, ground shipping is free. There are some restrictions and there may be additional shipping charges on occasion. However, in order to maintain the lowest possible prices, and still provide the best for less, a nominal shipping fee of $20.00 applies to our lower priced items. Q - Delivery Times A - Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size of the product. You can estimate delivery dates for individual products as normal Ground shipping will take between 10 to 14 days for most product orders. If you need to Expedite the order because your order is a gift and its arrival is time sensitive, contact us and we will determine if expedited shiipping is available and at what cost. By calculating an estimated delivery date, you can easily determine what shipping method will best ensure your package gets to the desired location in time. Due to the size of some products, ground shipping may be the only shipping method available.
