At Clocks of the World, we take pride in providing some of the best warranties in the clock business. Because we deal with a number of manufacturers and suppliers, the warranties will vary from clock to clock. However, we at Clocks of the World will make every effort to ensure that you, our customer, are completely satisfied with your purchase. For that reason, we will accept for return or exchange, within the first 30 days, any clock which does not meet your expectations. Simply ensure that any clocks sent for return or exchange are in their original packaging.

Warranty for Bradford Clocks
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE CLOCK CABINET
LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE CLOCK MOVEMENT
Bradford clocks are guaranteed to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship as stated above. This warranty starts from the date of purchase from an authorized Bradford Clocks dealer. Bradford Clock's obligation under this guarantee is limited to repair or replacement at Bradford's option, within 30 days after notification and return of the clock to Bradford Clocks, Ltd., along with a check or money order in the amount of $10.00 to cover shipping, handling, and insurance costs. This warranty does not cover any brass hardware, decorative or functional.
This warranty does not cover any clock which, in Bradford's opinion, has been improperly repaired or altered in any way, or which has been subjected to abuse or accident, or has been set up in adverse conditions (for example, near a source of excessive heat or moisture). The clock must be properly packed and protected to insure safe delivery to our plant. No other guarantees are either expressed or implied.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Warranty for Clocks from Hermle/Hubert Herr Cuckoo Clocks
LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE CLOCK CASING AND THE CLOCK MOVEMENT
Includes all parts and labour and/or replacement at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Hermle and Herr clocks are guaranteed to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship. This warranty starts from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer.
Hermle and Herr's respective obligations under this guarantee is limited to repair or replacement at their option, within 30 days after notification and return of the clock to their repair center, (to be determined depending on location) along with a check or money order in the amount of $20.00 to cover shipping, handling, and insurance costs. This warranty does not cover any brass hardware, decorative or functional.
This warranty does not cover any clock which, in the manufacturer's opinion, has been improperly repaired or altered in any way, or which has been subjected to abuse or accident, or has been set up in adverse conditions (for example, near a source of excessive heat or moisture).
